These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FlexiAI (also branded FlexiAnalysis) mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by FlexiAnalysis ("FlexiAI," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Not financial advice

FlexiAI provides AI-powered market analysis, chart-pattern detection, indicators, and related informational and educational tools. The Services are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice, and are not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security or other financial instrument. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of your capital. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always do your own research and consider seeking advice from a licensed professional before making any decision. Past performance and any modeled results are not indicative of future results.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• You may delete your account at any time. See our Account Deletion page.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing and features are shown before purchase.
• Subscriptions may include a free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription renews at the price shown.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the applicable period until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the platform where you purchased it (for example, your web account or your app-store account).
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or data except as permitted by law.
• Resell, redistribute, or provide the Services or their data to third parties without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, models, content, and branding, are owned by FlexiAnalysis or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

7. Third-party data and services

The Services may display market data and information obtained from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of such data and are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexiAnalysis and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer-protection rights that may apply to you under mandatory local law.
