1. Information We Collect

• Contact and identification details — name, email address, company, and number of traders when you request a demo, register, or contact us.
• The content of messages you send us, including via our contact forms, email, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram Direct.
• Payment and billing details processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers).

• Usage data such as pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, and session activity.
• Device and technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and approximate location.

Information from Facebook, Instagram & the Meta platform

When you interact with our Facebook Page, Instagram profile, advertisements, or message us through Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct, we may receive information through Meta's APIs, including your public profile (such as name and username), profile picture, the content and metadata of your messages, comments, reactions, and your interactions with our posts and ads. We access this data using the official Meta Graph API and only with the permissions you have granted, in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our websites, products, and services.
• Respond to your inquiries, demo requests, comments, and messages — including replies sent through Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct, which may be generated with the assistance of automated tools or AI under our oversight.
• Send you administrative information, updates, and (where permitted) marketing communications you may opt out of at any time.
• Measure and improve the performance of our content and advertising.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, and technical issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Advertising on Facebook & Instagram

We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To deliver and measure these ads we may use Meta Pixel, conversions data, and custom or lookalike audiences. This may involve matching hashed contact information you provided with Meta's systems, or measuring actions taken after viewing an ad. We do not sell your personal information. You can control ad personalization through your Facebook ad preferences and your device settings.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described below:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing) under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. when you interact with us on Facebook or Instagram, as necessary to operate those interactions and our advertising, subject to Meta's own policies.

To do so, email privacy@flexianalysis.aiwith the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include the email address, Facebook/Instagram username, or other identifier associated with your data so we can locate it. We will verify your request and delete the relevant data within 30 days, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain it. You may also remove our app's access to your Facebook data at any time via your Facebook App Settings.

8. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our sites, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.
