Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your FlexiAI (also branded FlexiAnalysis) account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to accounts used in the FlexiAI mobile app and on flexianalysis.ai.

How to delete your account

Option 1 — In the app

• Open the FlexiAI app and sign in.
• Go to your Profile / Account settings.
• Select Delete account and confirm.
• Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted along with associated data as described below.

Option 2 — By email

• Send an email from the address registered to your account to support@flexianalysis.ai with the subject "Delete My Account".
• We verify ownership using your registered email, then permanently delete your account.
• We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data linked to it, including:

• Your account profile — name and email address.
• Your app preferences, watchlists, and saved settings.
• Your in-app activity and usage history tied to your account.
• Authentication credentials and device push-notification tokens.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited set of records where we are legally required to, or where necessary for security, fraud prevention, and financial or tax compliance — for example, transaction and billing records associated with any subscription. Such records are kept only for the period required by applicable law and are then deleted. Retained records are not used to re-identify you for marketing.
